    Please complete this form to report an issue with an already placed order. Kindly note, orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled, but you may return them for a refund in line with our refund policy.

    Complete this form for a cancellation or refund request of your order. Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped, however can be returned to us for a refund within our refunds policy.

    Please be aware that we cannot guarantee the cancellation of an order once it has been placed. Our warehouse has quick dispatch times, moreso for those with express delivery services on.

    Refunds are typically processed 3 to 5 business days, once approved.
